Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for intentional cancellations. If an emergency disallows you to keep your appointment, we ask that you call when you can. If you do not come or call, we will automatically bill you 25 dollars.

If three consecutive appointments are missed and you do not call, we will offer you an alternative facility and send notice to your doctor and insurance company that you have been discharged for non-compliance. Our position is that there are many people who want help, whom should not be inconvenienced by those who don’t.
